Hi, I am Vanessa!
I am a certified Yoga, Pilates and Barre coach and professional dancer, with more than 10 years of teaching experience and 30 years of movement studies under my belt.

I help busy people feel healthy, confident and resilient through my signature movement programme, so they can get the body they deserve and thrive in all aspects of their life.
This unique program combines the knowledge from Yoga, Pilates, Somatics, Dance and Breathwork to give you physical and emotional experiences that help you manage stress, anxiety and lethargy, so you can rediscover the best version of yourself.

Please write me at info@vanessamichielon.com if you are working with injuries or special conditions (ex. pre-postnatal), so I can better assist you and give you recommendations to train in safety. I also offer 121 private training to help you achieve your specific goals in the most effective way.

If you can't make it to the classes you can practice the recorded version: simply choose "Practice later" ticket. The link will be sent to the email you used to reserve your ticket, you will have 48 hours to watch the video. Please allow up to 12 hours to receive the recording.
