Our pregnancy yoga classes are the ideal way to connect to your changing body and your growing baby.
Suitable from first scan to birth date, the classes focuses on building strength, supporting your pelvic floor and ensuring your core stays strong and supportive as you move through pregnancy and beyond.
We allow plenty of time for relaxed, informal chat so you can share experiences in a safe, non-judgemental space as you get to know other expectant mums from the area.
Each class includes guided breathing practices to help ease away anxiety, reduce stress and prepare your body and mind for birth.
We finish every class with a guided relaxation to help you melt away stress and get the best night's sleep imaginable.
