A Tuesday morning series fortnightly from September - December to dive deep & explore together in a familiar group of women.
These sessions are for mothers & female carers who are looking to shed the cloak of caring for a while to nourish heart & body. We play with movement that softens the joints, relaxes the knees, opens the heart & frees the mind.

Laughing, crying, collapsed in a heap, we have no expectations. As mothers we know the importance of finding space for ourselves.
We don’t follow steps, we move on our own, in partners & as a group. We include relaxation, body awareness & playful movement. The music is diverse.

Parking is best in the car park on Park Lane opposite the school, or in the main carparks and walk towards Park Lane. On the left as you walk down you will see a modern building with large entrance doors. Enter and follow down the corridor to the very end. We'll have someone waiting at the entrance to guide too :)
