HAF HOLIDAY CLUB Teens - Rounders & Baseball Ages 8 -

Welcome to the Haf Holiday Club at Millom Recreation Centre, featuring an exciting session of rounders and baseball for teens, run by Sportivos! This activity is perfect for teenagers who enjoy playing team sports and want to have a fun and active experience during the holiday break.

Led by experienced coaches from Sportivos, the rounders and baseball session for teens will focus on developing skills such as batting, fielding, and teamwork. Teens will have the opportunity to learn the rules of both sports, practice their techniques, and enjoy friendly games and drills.

Taking place at the Millom Recreation Centre, our holiday club provides a safe and spacious indoor area for teens to engage in rounders and baseball activities. With the guidance of skilled coaches, teens will have the chance to improve their game, build camaraderie with their peers, and have a fantastic time playing these exciting sports.

Does your child receive free school meals, have a SEND?, a EHCP? or are they classed as a ‘looked after child’ e.g. living in foster care ?

If so …. did you know that as part of our HAF (Holiday activities and food) project, they can book free places on our holiday club with a free meal

Lunch for all events will be a hot healthy meal

Booking codes and the link to book have been sent out to all local schools to distribute to the families that qualify for free funded places under the HAF Project, However if you haven't received a code from school and your child qualifies for a free place under any of the following categories please email staff@millomrecreationcentre.co.uk to receive your code

Families with a free school meal entitlement
Young people with a SEND (limited places)
Children looked after (e.g. Foster care) (limited places)

If your child does not fall under the above category they are still welcome to book a place and come and join the fun
