HAF Holiday Club - Football, Mini crazy golf + Arts & Crafts - Ages 5-11

Welcome to the Half Holiday Club at Millom Recreation Centre, featuring a fantastic lineup of activities including arts & crafts, football, and mini crazy golf, run by Sportivos for children ages 5-11! This holiday club session is designed to provide a fun and engaging experience for kids who enjoy creativity, sports, and mini-golf.

During the session, children will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity through various arts and crafts projects. From painting and drawing to crafting and sculpting, kids can let their imaginations run wild and create unique masterpieces to take home.

In addition to arts and crafts, children will also get to participate in a fun-filled football session led by coaches from Sportivos. The football activities will focus on developing fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

To add to the excitement, children will also have the chance to enjoy a round of mini crazy golf, providing a fun and challenging experience for kids of all skill levels.

Located at the Millom Recreation Centre, our holiday club offers a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn, play, and make new friends. Does your child receive free school meals, have a SEND?, a EHCP? or are they classed as a ‘looked after child’ e.g. living in foster care ?

If so …. did you know that as part of our HAF (Holiday activities and food) project, they can book free places on our holiday club with a free meal

Lunch for all events will be a hot healthy meal .

Booking codes and the link to book have been sent out to all local schools to distribute to the families that qualify for free funded places under the HAF Project, However if you haven't received a code from school and your child qualifies for a free place under any of the following categories please email staff@millomrecreationcentre.co.uk to receive your code

Families with a free school meal entitlement
Young people with a SEND
Children looked after (e.g. Foster care)
Young people in school that are at risk of NEET (Exclusion from school)
If your child does not fall under the above category they are still welcome to book a place and come and join the fun
