In this intimate and supportive group setting, you will explore the 5Rhythms practice with a committed group of dancers. Over the course of the 7 weeks, you will delve deep into each of the 5 rhythms - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness, and will discover new dimensions to your practice and how you can apply this off the dance-floor
You will be guided through a range of exercises, movement meditations, and enquiries that will help you tap into your intuitive creativity and self-expression
You will discover how to move with greater ease, fluidity, and grace, and explore how to unlock the power of your own unique way of moving with each of the rhythms.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, this closed group is an opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and explore the endless possibilities of the 5Rhythms.

This is a closed group - there will be no 'drop-in' students. Working with the same group over a period of time dramatically accelerates the group process. Building a foundation of trust, we create together the possibility of honesty, integrity, intimacy and vulnerability to shine through.
The times and dates are as follows - the commitment is for all 7 classes, but please to reach out if you have any concerns about this - each circumstance will be considered individually:
Oct 16th, 23rd, 30th
Nov 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
Mondays 7.30-9.30pm
Doors will open at 7:20pm
On arrival please make your way to the reception desk and follow their guidance.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of closed group (7.30pm Monday 9th October) we will offer you either a full refund or a credit for a future workshop/group/classes.
In the event that we have to cancel the class, we will offer you a full refund or credit for a future class.
Please be aware of your health and body. Let us know what physical problems
you have with the understanding that individuals with heart trouble, diabetes,
hypoglycemia, asthma, lower back pain, high or low blood pressure, those who
have recently had an injury or are pregnant should not participate without
written consent from their doctor.
