Welcome to My JuJu Yoga!
My name is Kayleigh and I am a Yoga, Chair-based Yoga and Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher and Women's Coach.
As a pain warrior and trauma survivor, I understand how daunting new experiences can be. My classes are designed to be fully inclusive, and as a teacher with fibromyalgia and fatigue, I am confident in supporting others with long term and age related health conditions, injuries or illnesses. These include fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue/CFS, ME, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, scoliosis and other musculoskeletal disorders, COPD, long covid and other respiratory conditions. Yoga can also be a benefit to those with anxiety, stress related illnesses and depression.
My holistic approach to wellbeing means that, whatever your experience or background, you will be welcomed and supported to explore pain and fatigue management through different styles of Yoga, using gentle movement, breathing and meditation techniques.
