Active Birth positions & techniques
In addition to the above, classes include the following:
Valuable Breathing techniques (can be used for Caesarean Birth)
Pelvic Floor techniques
Relaxation with beautiful music (some guided Hypnobirthing/Meditations on occasion)
Meet other Mummies-to-be
I am also trained to teach Yoga Dance/Dancing for Birth

This event is for women only.
Classes held in the Green Room at the beautiful venue at the Eco Park in Porthtowan
Please park and then enter via the back of the building rather than through the main Barn
Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a Pillow or cushion with you. I have mats, but you can bring you own to place on top of my mats for extra comfort
Tea, Chat, and a treat is served after relaxation which you can stay for or leave if you need to. Note that the first 10 mins of the class is usually where we go around the room and check any specific requirements to you personally, so if you are running late, due to putting to bed your other babes, you don't need to worry about arriving a little late!
Please arrive anytime from 7.25pm (i will be setting up from 7.15pm)
Refunds and transfers are not possible, however if there is a serious medical reason for not being able to attend then please talk to me to work something out. If I cancel a class, you will be refunded or transferred to another class in the next block of classes. Payments by cash are limited as booking online is preferred in order to secure your place.
