A full day to focus on you and your fitness goals balanced with an afternoon of holistic movement and relaxation
We start the day with a Bootcamp style session on the lawn to get your heart racing and endorphins flowing. Think slamming balls, chopping ropes and TRX exercises all in the great outdoors. We move on to a resistance band session to work the glutes and core followed by a boxing style class in the forest. There will of course be plenty of time to take in the surroundings, rehydrate and refuel.
Lunch, refreshments and goody bag included
