Always thought about starting Yoga?
This March I am super excited to bring you two introductory classes for those wanting a slow, beginner-specific session to ease you into a gentle Yoga practice.
The spaces have been funded by Gwynedd Council and so are FREE to all attendees! The first is on the 15th March and the second is on the 22nd March.
These classes involve an introduction to Yoga Philosophy, a breathwork exercise, a physical practice with traditional Hatha poses and then finishes with a relaxation (Savasana).
There will then be time after the session to chat with your fellow students over some tea/coffee and biscuits, all provided free of charge.
You are welcome to join us for one or both sessions! You will have to bring your own mat.
Suitable for those with no previous experience of Yoga.

Level: All Levels, Beginner & Basic Knowledge
• I can no longer lend out equipment due to Covid-19 restrictions, so please bring your own mat (block and straps too if you wish) as well as some water and some layers.
• MASKS NEED TO BE WORN when moving inside the building, these can be removed when on your mat.
• Social distancing will be in place.
• Due to limited spacing and capacity - please leave anything else in your vehicle so that the room has clear areas for moving about, free of bags.
• Please do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell - Covid-19 symptoms are varied and different from individual to individual so just in case, take some time at home to rest instead!
• Toilets can be used prior to the class for washing and sanitizing your hands.
• Places are limited - so if you can no longer attend, please contact Ella at least 24 hours before cancelling. This then means those on the waiting list can be contacted.
