Join me for a yoga class celebrating the moon phase of the moment, in partnership with the National Trust for Jersey.
This vinyasa flow is themed around the current lunar cycle, usually named in Native American traditions to reflect the natural world at this time of year. For example the July Full Moon is sometimes named the July Buck Moon, or Thunder Moon, as it is the time of deer rutting season and of summer storms.
We will be working towards a different peak pose for each lunar cycle, though you can join in at any time!
On each New Moon practice we will set a mantra or intention to guide us through the 28 day lunar cycle both on and off the mat.
These practices are suitable for all experience levels and some props can be provided.
Please bring a mat, water and any other essential equipment for your practice. Some props available.
There is plenty of parking in the beach carpark.
Nearest toilets are the public toilets next to the Greve de Lecq Slipway.
