As the year comes to a close, this webinar offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and gently integrate the months behind you. Through a short, accessible yoga practice and guided pranayama, we’ll explore how conscious movement and breath support the nervous system—helping the body shift from doing into being.

This session also includes a guided year-end check-in: a quiet moment to reflect, notice patterns, and allow what’s been experienced this year to settle, without forcing resolutions or goals. You’ll learn simple, practical insights into the benefits of yoga and breathwork, and experience how these practices cultivate clarity, regulation, and resilience—on and off the mat.
