Flowing through poses in time with your breath (whilst keeping the alignment principles of Hatha Yoga), a great way to energise, gently increase your heart rate, open up your body and focus your mind.
Due to limited number of spaces, booking will open for existing clients on 1st June at 6pm, then general booking for these classes will open on 6th June.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers in the cooler months.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion.
