Full antenatal KGHypnobirthing class for mum, pregnant people and partner/s.
Due to COVID all classes are run online via Zoom.
A perfect opportunity to meet and talk to other expectant parents as well as learn about pregnancy and birth.
This option is run over 4 sessions.
Classes are small and personalised.
You do not need to bring anything with you, all course materials are provided.
Wear comfortable clothes.
A confirmation email will be sent with all materials and Zoom Code before the course begins.

The ticket price is per mum/pregnant person. Partners are welcomed and encouraged. If you wish to bring additional birth partners please let me know so I can make provision for everyone.
