The Meditative Gardener - Day Program

Gardening in itself can be a meditative experience, however during this day program you will learn empowerment through meditation while gardening. There will be a mix of getting your hands dirty in the beautiful Stone Cottage garden, with learning the fundamentals of gardening the mind from experienced meditation teachers. You will learn how to weed out the types of thoughts that are not good for you and how to plant the good thoughts. So bring along your gardening clothes, hat, gloves, your favourite gardening tools and enjoy a day in the garden with meditation.
