All abilities are welcome, no previous boxing experience required.
Free session for anyone aged 8+
There is no need to pre-book just turn up on the day.
Nivå: Advanced, All, Beginner & Intermediate
There is no need to sign up for this session, please come appropriately dressed with a water bottle. Boxing gloves and equipment are provided if you need them.
This session takes place in the Black Prince Trust boxing gym.
