Throughout the day, you'll enjoy:

((B)) BOX - A high-energy, boxing-inspired program. KEEPING THE RAVE GOING

BODYWORKSHOPS are known as one big rave, famous for fun, it's an experience you'll never forget! Any ability welcome, come on your own or with a friend, lots of warm support to help you along the way, take it at your own pace or push yourself to your limit, consider it our version of a marathon.

During the day you can keep energised with Superfood snacks: antioxidant-boosting, hearty, organic bakes and a nutritious chef-made lunch.

Every ticket includes a recovery pack designed to help you restore and recuperate after the fun.

Timings:

Early Entry Tickets holders - doors open 8:30am.
Standard Tickets holders - doors open 9am.
Event starts 9:15am. Event finishes 2.45pm.

Reserving trampolines for others not permitted. No queue jump. This will be monitored.

Basic Box gloves will be provided by HQ. However attendees are encouraged to bring their own hand wraps/gloves for hygiene and comfort
