We're back inside Callum's Kabin, behind The Dynamo Project in Coventry! Come and be a part of it!
You'll experience conscious connected (also known as circular) breathwork - this is a group session practised lying down, in this softly lit studio, to an upbeat & dynamic soundtrack (which we mellow out as the session progresses). This is a cosy session - only 8 places available on the evening.
We finish with a much-needed meditation, relaxation and refreshments.
