Confluence is a day for the C4C community, clients, associates, alumni and partners, to come together, reconnect and learn from each other.

At the heart of the day is a simple but important question: how do we create the conditions for people to feel happy, engaged and able to do their best work?

We believe this isn’t separate from performance, it’s fundamental to it.

Through a series of experiential activities, open conversations and shared reflection, we’ll explore what this looks like in practice.
