If you once graced the tennis courts of your local club or park, enjoyed playing tennis in your youth or would just like to give this wonderful sport a go for the first time, please sign up to our 'Back on Court - Return to Tennis' adult group coaching lessons. Here you will learn over six weeks the basics of tennis, including how to serve, return and volley your way to success through a series of fun activities and games. Open to anyone aged 18 years and over.

Tennis rackets can be borrowed, but bring your own if you have one.
