Join us for a FREE, high-energy and creative dance workshop for disabled and non-disabled people aged 18 - 30, led by Candoco’s professional dance artists. This is your chance to explore movement, try something new, and dance alongside other young people who love to move – all in the professional studios at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
Whether you’re experienced or just curious, this session is about freedom, creativity and having fun in a supportive and inclusive space.
What to expect from our dance workshop:
• Sessions led by our Candoco teaching artists
• Flexible and supportive environment
• Class is taught in spoken English.
• You can expect dance classes based on contemporary dance principles and improvisation.
These are inclusive sessions, with a rest friendly approach in a welcoming, safe and accessible space.
No previous experience required.
