A 3-day reset to reconnect, release & rejoyce.

Friday – Ground & Arrive
Optional Snowdon Hike – A mindful walk to connect with nature and land in your body
We will meet at Snowden, hike and then all head back to the house after the sauna.

Lakeside Wood-fired Sauna – Deep relax post-hike (£20 per person – optional)

Arrival and welcome at the house.
If you do not wish to join us on the hike & lakeside sauna, you are welcome to join us at the house later on.

Lunch – Please bring your own
Dinner – Included (shared home cooked meal at the house)

Saturday – Rejoyce
Cacao Ceremony – Heart-opening and intention setting
Somatic Release – Move through emotional and energetic blocks
Kundalini Yoga – Activate inner power and flow
Yin Yoga – Restore and reset the nervous system
Joe Dispenza-Meditations – Expand awareness and rewire patterns
Sound Healing – Land in calm, clarity, and integration

Sunday – Integration & Departure
Morning Yoga – Gentle flow to ground and open
Cold Water Dip – Refresh, reawaken, reclaim vitality
Joe Dispenza Meditations – Anchor your new frequency and future self
Checkout at 10am – You're welcome to hang around or head off as you feel
