A fantastic fun rebounding class on a mini trampoline using high energy tunes! Class is made up mainly of cardio but we also throw in balance, arms and abs work also. This class is great for the core, cardio, balance, and overall toning as well as strengthening your pelvic floor in the most fun way possible!!
All abilities and fitness levels are welcome - you can step it out or jump at your own level until you feel more confident.
