Pilates Matwork is a fun, creative Pilates class designed to help you master fundamental exercises while deepening your understanding of how your body moves. It follows the BASI Block System, a structured and intelligent approach that progressively builds strength, mobility, and body awareness.

A variety of props are used to enhance proprioceptive awareness, support alignment, build strength, and provide assistance or added challenge as needed. Each session encourages exploration, shared movement, and confidence — expect to feel stronger, gain new insight into your body, and enjoy a few laughs along the way.

Multiple levels are offered throughout the class, with variations provided for every exercise so you can move in a way that suits your body and goals. This makes Progressive Mat an ideal starting point for those new to Pilates, while still offering depth and challenge for more experienced practitioners.
