This Songwoven Constellation Day is an invitation for those new and curious to step into the work, and a nourishing return for those who have already journeyed through our 4 day/3 night Songwoven retreat.

In the midst of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that we move within a larger field—woven from family stories, ancestral echoes, lived experience, and quiet longings. In this one-day gathering, we pause. We listen. We let the threads speak.

Through Systemic Constellations, embodied awareness, and the living resonance of song, we explore what is asking for attention now. Not to fix or force but to meet what’s present with curiosity, warmth, and shared humanity.

Song becomes a bridge.
The constellation becomes a mirror.
The body remembers what the mind may have set aside.

This day stands fully on its own. No prior experience is needed.
It is also a beautiful continuation - an integration point, a deepening, or a gentle re-entry into the Songwoven field for those who have joined us before.

Come as you are. Leave a little more connected - to yourself, to the wider weave, and to what wants to move forward.
