I help people to become an active participant in - rather than a passive observer - of their own healing: physically, mentally and emotionally.
I do this through the modalities that changed my own life after burnout brought my corporate career crashing down around me in 2012, opening me up to the fundamental truth that ultimately all healing comes from within. I retrained as a clinical hypnotherapist and yoga teacher, with a specific focus on slow, mindful yoga, meditation and yoga nidra.
A decade later, a shock diagnosis of osteoporosis led me to Bones for LifeÂź, the programme specifically designed to improve postural alignment and stimulate bone strength through natural movement. Iâm now one of just 40 people in the UK teaching this enjoyable and accessible programme, which can help you move with more ease, comfort and grace today, while stimulating bone strength for the decades ahead.

Yoga nidra
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is also the name given to the practice of helping you drift effortlessly into that state, usually while lying down, through a guided meditation. Practising yoga nidra after movement is a wonderful way to let the body and mind process all that they have experienced. It is not possible to do this âwrongâ, as there is literally nothing for you to do!
