Exploring plant medicine as a portal to the health of people as well as the planet will be the focus of this session. We live in unprecedented times and plants can provide the medicine needed for resilience, flexibility, and adaptability. In addition to meeting and learning to connect with the qualities of the plants, we will make several remedies that participants will take home. The plant world will never look the same! Instruction, supplies and a handout with recipes will be included. A Wild and Whole Food Lunch will be served.
