Summer can be a busy, energy filled time. You are warmly invite you to our day retreat to rest, flow and rejuvenate. We want to bring you a moment of calm, to connect within and nourish.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Yoga Barn, our home from home. Nestled within the beauty of Pollok Country Park, this space invites us to slow down, reconnect with nature, and tune in to the quiet of the woodland.

This will be a fresh, nature-led and intention-filled day. Together we’ll share:
• Grounding meditation
• A delicious, lunch with yummy snacks
• Two nourishing yoga practices
• Deeply restful Yoga Nidra to close
• Creative journaling and gentle connection with nature
