Welcome to clubbercise with Liz
Please make sure you read and understand the the terms and conditions before you book your class for example,no children under 16,no pregnant women,no transfers within 24 hours of the class, no clients with epilepsy as we have flashing lights and lasers.
ALL bookings must be prepaid online as cash at the door slows everyone down and means we will start late!
On your first class you will need to download the par q form and fill it in please, if you can't download it we do have some at reception but again it slows down registration so if possible please bring a completed form with you.
Please make sure that you are familiar with transferring your ticket if you can't make it to class as the system books and reserves your space so we know we have enough space for everyone and if you leave it too late it cannot be re-sold, and therefore no refund would be applicable. It is best to book when you are sure you can come. You can book right up to start of class online so bring your phone with your booking number email please.
Our class is different to any other class, we want you to sing, and shout and let out your frustrations ! You will sweat! on average most classes burn at least 600 calories, so come and let your hair down!

New To Clubbercise / Combined Ticket For Class (Includes Glowsticks)
This combined ticket is for a 60 minute Clubbercise worth £6 and also includes a pair of Reusable Clubbercise Official Glow sticks which cost £6 a pair. These glow sticks are part of our licence and compulsory to take part in our classes. You will need these to take part and you can bring them with you each week. They last about 10 weeks or more. If you already have clubbercise glow sticks just bring them with you and you pay just for your class entry. Please ensure you have filled in a Par Q form - or alternatively arrive a bit earlier so one can be filled in!

Regular Clubber
This is for one 60 minute clubbercise class. You will need to buy a pair of reusable Clubbercise Glow sticks to join in this class. This is a compulsory part of Clubbercise under my licence agreement. You will not be able to join in without them. If you don’t have glow sticks from other Clubbercise classes please choose £12 combined ticket for your first class as we do not stock used sticks.
