Freedom to Move with Fae Wolfe

Join us for a joyful and affirming somatic movement workshop in celebration of Pride! This experience invites LGBTQ+ folks and allies to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, mindful movement, breath, and self-expression.

Fae’s work centers restorative rest and social justice. Her graduate research focused on marginalised bodies within the somatic movement space, specifically queer bodies of colour. Fae has worked with a wide variety of people through a trauma informed lens, delivering individual coaching, group facilitation, and event workshops.
