Northern Krav Maga Manchester is bringing the IKMF 'Stay Away' programme to Stretford Public Hall.
The course is designed to cover both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence, looking in-depth at male and female interactions and covering some of the most common physical problems. It is a heavily interactive session, including roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training.
We would encourage every woman to take part in this course once in their lifetime - it is eye-opening!
