Friends of Stretford Public Hall is pleased to announce that it is holding its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 12th November at 2pm, followed by the launch of its new community share offer.
It’s been another exciting year at the hall and we hope both members and non-members can join us to hear all about it, as well as our future plans for 2023 and beyond. Excitingly, immediately after the AGM we will be launching our new fundraising campaign to invite supporters to once again to invest and support our vision to secure the future of Stretford Public Hall.
We will have a short presentation about our new community share offer followed by a social event with DJs and a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
The AGM will take place at the hall from 2pm to 3pm, with doors opening from 1.30pm with refreshments available on arrival. The AGM is open to both members and non-members but members will have to register on arrival to ensure we have sufficient attendance for the AGM to take place.
