This retreat day has been created with love and care to support you from overwhelm into ease and connection.
Your home for the day is the Garden Temple Sanctuary, a cosy and welcoming space nestled in nature. The rustling of the breeze through the trees, birdsong, dappled sunlight, rain patterns on the roof and the wildlife pond are a grounding presence throughout the day. At this time of year a mindful wander through the abundant orchard is also a treat.
Your arrival sets the pace of the day so the invitation is to arrive from 10.30 and let go of your journey with a warm drink and a little mid morning breakfast treat in the Garden Temple kitchen before we settle into the sanctuary at 11.
Everything you need for the day is provided for you. You are welcome to bring a notebook if you like to write things down. Please wear comfy clothes for relaxing in (don’t forget socks!).
Nurturing guided sessions will facilitate your journey through gentle release, restoration, renewal and reconnection. We will explore fascia release, vagus nerve regulation and balancing cortisol levels. You will experience how your breath has the potency to regulate your nervous system and how deep rest can facilitate a profound sense of belonging within.
We will use self- massage of Ayurvedic marma points to further encourage the release of physical and emotional tension.
At lunch time we will gather for a hearty home-made soup and seasonal pudding and warm drinks.
This healing day has a long echo and you’ll be integrating the experiences in the days and weeks that follow. You are also invited to record any guided relaxations for use at home.
Spaces are limited to 6.
Please let me know of any allergies, intolerances or strong dislikes of food, essential oils etc.
We have cats and a dog. Although they are not allowed in the spaces we use they may have occasionally wandered through so if you have allergies please take note.
Wear comfy clothes, bring socks.
Arrive at 10.30, the day finishes at 4pm.
