Join Catherine Edwards here at Globe Arts Studio for a full day workshop making yourself - or the adventurous creative in your life - a pair of gorgeous slippers, in plenty of time for Christmas!!

Made using soft, flexible, british leather in a selection of colours and finishes.

This workshop is suitable for beginners or the more experienced, work with beautiful leather, covering a range of skills, with tools and materials provided, techniques include cutting to pattern, hand stitching, and colour matching fabrics for upper and outer pieces.

You will be working in a small, friendly group with lots of individual attention, supervised individually by Catherine, this inspiring one-day workshop is a great way to introduce yourself to working with leather.

Catherine Edwards trained as a boot and shoemaker, working for many years before a residency at the royal armouries, which led to the production of her first collection of unique leather goods.

Complimentary hot drinks will be served throughout the workshop and we will break halfway through for lunch. Please feel free to bring food, or there are lots of lovely places to eat in the village!
