Start your year with clarity, strength, and balance through this four-day online Iyengar Yoga immersion. Each 90-minute session offers a thoughtfully sequenced exploration of the major aspects of asana practice — from dynamic standing poses and forward extensions to restorative and recuperative work — all grounded in the precision and alignment of the Iyengar method.
Over the series, you’ll be guided to deepen your awareness, refine technique, and cultivate steadiness of body and mind. The final session will include gentle pranayama to support renewal and calm focus for the year ahead.
