🌤️We recommend bringing eye mask, extra layers, thick blankets to stay comfortable.
All tickets include a 75-minute guided reiki healing and sound journey designed to support deep rest, healing, and emotional release.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the entrance door will be locked once the session starts, and late entry will not be possible.
Contraindications Sound healing is generally safe and beneficial for most people, but it may not be suitable if you:
Have severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis)
Experience sound- or light-triggered epilepsy
Have a pacemaker or other sensitive implants
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Have a history of sound sensitivity that may cause anxiety or distress
