An older adult Sportsfest is an event that gives older people an opportunity to partake in physical activities such as; Go For Life Games, Walking Football, Pilates, Dancing and many more activities in a fun, supportive and social environment.
The event is being organised by HSE Southwest (Health Promotion and Improvement) Age and Opportunity and Cork Sports Partnership. It is open to all older adults and is a FREE event.
