Studio Owner & Pilates Teacher

Meg Le (USA) is a lifelong learner and is trained in mat Pilates, as well as Reformer, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda Chair; she also has her 500YTT which she likes to sprinkle into her sessions. She discovered Pilates 20 years ago as a way to heal from a herniated disk and rebalance the effects of corporate life hunched over a computer.

Meg loves practicing and sharing the method because it can be adapted to all bodies, ages, and abilities, and is a lifestyle that can keep us healthy and moving well into our older years. As Joseph Pilates said: “You are only as young as your spine is flexible.” Pilates helps us straighten, lengthen, and strengthen from the inside out.

Meg’s mission is to share her personal experiences to help other students build awareness of imbalances and habits, and improve breath, posture, and movement throughout the day. Her sessions focus on functional fitness, with a variety of options to help all bodies connect mind-body-breath and foster a lifetime of spinal health and mobility. Meg’s style is approachable, fun, and form-focused, with an emphasis on safety and personalized attention.
