This one-day course teaches you how to deliver a professional Swedish massage treatment focusing on the back, neck and shoulders. You will learn a range of traditional Swedish massage techniques and how to combine them into a relaxing and effective treatment routine.
During the course, you will cover client consultation, contraindications, treatment preparation, therapist posture and body mechanics, appropriate pressure, massage techniques and aftercare.
Training takes place in a small, supportive group with a maximum of six students, allowing plenty of time for practical tuition, guidance and individual feedback.
