This practical, hands-on course is designed for qualified massage therapists who want to develop effective deep tissue techniques to help address muscular tension, tightness and areas of restriction.
During the course, you will learn how to work safely and effectively using a range of deep tissue techniques, with particular attention to therapist posture, pressure, client comfort, contraindications and adapting the treatment to individual client needs.
Training takes place in a small, supportive group with a maximum of six students, allowing plenty of time for practical tuition, guidance and individual feedback.

This course is designed to provide you with the confidence and practical skills to incorporate Deep Tissue Massage into your professional treatment offering.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the course start time to allow time to settle in and prepare for the day.
Please wear comfortable, practical clothing suitable for giving and receiving massage treatments. Students will be working practically with one another throughout the course.
Please bring your course manual and any materials that have been provided to you in advance.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements or allergies.
