The lasting impact and ripple effect of the pandemic and escalating war and global refugee crises made the importance of being a trauma-informed society urgent. Coaches and Practitioners are more effective and safe if they are trauma-sensitive, trauma-informed and skilled.
This course has been written and developed with unique coaching models and strategies by our trauma-skilled, certified and experienced lead trainer Joanna Harper. To meet the increasing need for a deep understanding of this multi-layered, complex and highly sensitive subject.

During Coach, IEMT and NLP Practitioner training there is little or no time or scope within the syllabus to explore the impact of trauma on an individual in any depth or detail, and how Trauma and sub-clinical PTSD may present in a one-to-one session or the workplace.
The impact of past trauma can be concealed or disguised as a habit or behaviour, for example, the client may make an appointment for help with insomnia or alcohol dependence.
This three-session content-rich workshop is intended for coaches, IEMT and NLP Practitioners and Therapists who want to know and learn more about the impact and effect of trauma, distress, crisis and post-traumatic stress disorder on clients.
Live online training on Friday 17, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October - from Noon to 6:30 pm UK time.
You will be provided with a comprehensive manual, and 90 days access to recordings of the live online training.
Reading the Trauma-informed Coach book is ideal preparation for this content rich containing professional development course.
