These 12 sessions, each 30+ minutes long, target different muscle groups focusing on a different area of the body to teach you the basics of how your body works and how to boost your performance and recovery.

Each class includes a series of postures that warms, strengthens, stretches and aligns the entire body; including a guided relaxation at the end.

The classes will improve flexibility and range of motion, as well as helping you to find calm in the chaos and reduce your risk of injury so you can continue to do what you love!

This program is designed to be taken over 12 weeks, however, teen yoga students may decide to do more sessions each week and complete it sooner.

You will then have all 12 sessions to dip in and out of as part of your ongoing sports training routine. With lifetime access this is a great investment for any tween or teenager committed to playing sports.

This self guided course is suitable for ages 11 years+

You only need yourself, a yoga mat and wifi access on mobile or desktop.

You might choose to bring a cosy blanket for the guided relaxation at the end!
