Class Booking Policy To keep things fair for everyone, bookings open 9 days in advance. You can book your spot via the app exactly 9 days before each class, with booking windows opening daily at the same time the class starts.
Classes remain open for booking right up until 5 minutes before start time, subject to availability.
This helps ensure every customer has an equal opportunity to join their favourite sessions.
Please note: Jayde Spa and Jayde Studio are 2 separate locations, just a 1-minute walk from each other.
Jayde Spa is Liverpool's first luxury rooftop spa, located at the top of Parliament Square Apartments in the Baltic Triangle – 80 Great George St, Liverpool L1 5FF
All Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Sculpt, and Yoga classes take place in Jayde Studio at Parliament Square Apartments (Block D), 35 Greenland Street L1 0AL just a short walk from Jayde Spa.

Spa access is available on the day of your treatment or class for just £35 per person.
