Get Ready to Tri - Special Training Session

Session 2: Tri Improvers
Adults and juniors LOOKING TO BUILD ON EXISTING TRI SKILLS
• Looking to switch up your tri game and shave a few more seconds off your time?
• Some aspect of tri that you can’t quite get your head around?
• Have a TT bike that you’re not quite comfortable riding?
• Nervous about high-speed cornering?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, this session is for you too! Whatever your question or challenge is, come long and pick the brains of the experienced and knowledgeable Jetstream Tri Club coaching team, and they’ll do their best to help.
As the aim of this session is to help improve your overall performance, the itinerary will be led by the needs of the group. So, to help make the most of the session, please let us know what it is you need help with, or what aspects you’d like advice on – send a short email to coaching@jetstreamtri.com

Light refreshments will be provided.
What to bring: Bike, helmet, suitable footwear, water bottle.
Clothing should be suitable for the weather.
Note: helmet is compulsory - NO HELMET, NO RIDE
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the session starts and check in at the club house.

The circuit is located on the east side of the A312 Hayes Bypass at the A4020 Uxbridge Road roundabout about one and a half miles north of M4 junction 3. The entrance is in Springfield Road off the A4020 Uxbridge Road.
