Bringing pleasure, fun and curiosity to yoga is what I aim to share with you in this weekly online class. It means the time we spend together every week is a source of joy rather than yet another thing you feel you have to do in the long list of responsibilities.
A regular yoga practice has a positive cascading effect on other parts of your life.
Yoga changed my life and has enhanced my well being on so many levels. I want to share what I have learnt over years of working and being with women. Our desires, our need for connection and community, cultivating acceptance of our incredible bodies. Feeling deeply attuned to our cycles, moods, emotions and physical bodies. The transitions that women go through during their life, from when we start to menstruate to when our periods cease can be times of tremendous upheaval. At the same time, given other alternatives this may also be a time of great transformation through exploring yoga and breath.
Soothing your nervous system through deep rest and relaxation is vital to our wellbeing. An every day practice, this can be a life changing habit, one which is integral to every class I teach.
