'My grown up and Me: Mindful Makers' is a session for an adult and child ( 7+), to come enjoy a festive workshop of yoga, creativity & connection 🧘♀️
Begin the session with a gentle, family-friendly yoga flow, focused on grounding, mindfulness, and shared joy. Together, you’ll breathe, stretch, and find balance amidst the seasonal bustle. Expect some partner poses & some giggles along the way.
After yoga, we’ll move into a peaceful Christmas decoration crafting session, where together you’ll create a handmade moss wreath ready for the festive season!
Bows, bells, ribbons and lots of sparkle!
If your not tired of the Christmas music by then, we'll enjoy a refreshing festive mocktail while listening to some classic tunes!

The Bee Hub has a very large carpark that is free to use.
Access to the event space is via a set of approx 20 stairs. There is also a lift freely availiable.
On arrival at the Cafe, walk down the corridor and turn left. Through a double set of doors and you will arrive at The Bee Hub.
