An ideal way for parents and their children to have fun and get fitter together.

There will be 30 minutes at the beginning for soft play fun whilst gettting ready to glow with face paints and then a 45 minute family clubbercise session! Glow sticks provided. Please feel free to get into the spirit and wear as much neon and lets GLOW TOGETHER!!
Children MUST attend with adults and adults MUST attend with children.
Both Children and adults will take part in the Clubbercise session.
Please bring along a drink, and wear comfortable clothing to exercise in. Trainers must be worn when taking part in the clubbercise session. Socks must be worn whilst using the soft play equipment.
Once the clubbercise session begins, the soft play equipment will not be in use.
Cafe will be open to purchase drinks during the first 30 minutes of the session.
