-Would you like to meet up with other mums while getting moving after your pregnancy?
This class is about getting Mummy moving and breathing with a special focus on pelvic floor strengthening, relaxing shoulders, necks, lower backs, wrists and lots of twists for the tummy, as well as providing a few tips for colic and constipation with babies.
No previous experience is required and babies welcome!
However, if you fancy some time solely to yourself this class can just be for Mum! You are more than welcome to attend without baby too.
Any babies coming along to the class will need to be pre-walking stages.
All classes will be face to face at our new practice at 80 Kirkland, opposite the Kendal Parish Church. A recording of each class will be made available for 1 week following the face to face class.
NO FANCY YOGA CLOTHING NEEDED – PJS WELCOME, JUST BRING WATER AND DON'T FORGET THE BABY...feed when you need to or even sleep when the baby sleeps!
We will provide all the equipment needed... we think you'll have enough to carry!
(Recommended to wait about 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks Caesarean).
