Join Rebecca, as she guides us through an insightful meditation, with the assistance of Ritual Cacao, to invite you to come home to yourself in ceremony. We drink cacao, the purest form of chocolate and soak up its heart healing and medicinal benefits. Cards and intentions will be pulled and set in order to bring forth focus and clarity.

The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left, walking down the path and you'll see our beautiful boathouse studio overlooking the water. Yoga mats and blankets are available on a first come first serve basis, and it is recommended to bring your own cosy layers for relaxation.
