Fun and energetic dance sessions with teachers from Combination Dance which will increase fitness, mobility, self-confidence and teamwork. Performers will learn choreographed dance routines to a variety of music genre.
The class will be in the studio at Teddington Sport Centre. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a drink.
